Step 3: After clicking, a Send to Microsoft Word panel will appear.You select 1 of 5 export styles, and then select Ok.PowerPoint will automatically export to the style you selected.
Note: There are 5 types of output for you to choose from:
– Notes next to slides: Notes next to slides
Blank lines next to slides: Blank lines to the right of the slide
– Notes below slides: Notes below slides
– Blank lines below slides: Blank lines below slides
– Outline only: Text (outline, text only without slide background).
You can optionally export type and click OK to perform the process of extracting PowerPoint content to Word.
